I personally couldn't care less about an mp5 and it's variations. What I want proof of is this ability to freely sell fully automatic weapons that would otherwise require federal approval.

Does that mean you no longer dispute that at Nevada gun shows a licensed gun dealer can sell semi-auto firearms w/o any background checks if the guns comes from the dealer's "private collection"?
BTW I chose the MP5 in my original hypo because I like that model. |
