2. Mongo Cams is decent
3. I would do all of them
Make several sub domains and or sites - Use them all. At least it is a good learning!
The webcamapi is looks the best. The webcamwiz is second in my book but lets you put a banner up to a second site...that is nice.
Do it all! Learning is the best. Become a pro....it is free so why not.
