General with tons of categories or niche? Long streaming or short? Sponsor contents or submit? Define a purpose of your tube, and following these three simple steps.
1. Write clear title for your site, header especially!
2. Write clear titles for your content pages, header especially!
3. Spend 90% of your time update the site.
Links are important, and they will follow if u offer a meaningful and clear objective site.
