Yup! People who lead a sedentary lifestyle seem to slow their metabolism to a halt then try and lose weight on even less calories just further screwing themselves from the inside out. Fuel your body for what youre using it for at the time. If it doesn't swim, walk, fly, or grow in the ground I don't eat it
