Come on now...that is just a typical "arrest" here in the states.
"To serve and protect" needs to be updated to "To intimidate and abuse" to reflex the NEW police force in the U-S-A...land of the free where every citizen is spied on and their emails and cellphone conversations are recorded (but we have freedom of speech)
