Are you sure? In most Eastern Europe kebab shops the most popular is actually pork, second goes chicken.
Probably no pork in the very minority kebab shops owned by muslim imigrants, but saying that you can get it in ANY kebab shop...
Plus - the thing you have for kebabs is not actual meat as in that he wants to buy (for a lamb steak or whatever).
