What's the standard range of payment for softcore and hardcore models?

Say the models are not from the gutter nor are they top porn star names, basically the type that you get from advertising in the papers/magazines. As for looks, say in the range of 4-8 out of 10.

Softcore - Per hour?

Hardcore - Per hour?

Also is there a difference in payment from stills to video?
