The important thing here is that Poland just "perceives", but when it allow the States to use it as a launch pad, there will be a real threat from that bad neighbor.

I don't see any logic here. It sounds like Russia is the country which has to secure its oil and natural gas from NATO. On the other hands since NATO countries in EU have no natural resources, they have nothing to secure
