I notice on this site.

Every other click creates a pop-up on the site and doesn't allow you to click on what you want. I notice when I right click on the screen when this happens, I am given an adobe flash menu instead of the usual page info.
Is there a flash overlay or something on every other click? Is this what they mean when I hear about skimmed traffic?
