For an independent theater, I would do a beautiful love scene in black and white with soft light coming in through lace curtain and a bach cantata, capturing both of them from the side. Then, once they got going, I'd cut to the genitalia and watch everyone in the audience twist their heads around trying to work it out. No refunds either.
