Man imagine if the guy actually gets that check...there are going to be some greedy little Iraqis running around turning anyone and everyone in trying to get their own check.
If I were in charge there, as soon as it was confirmed I would have the biggest ceremony, give that guy the check, a new car, a new house and a visa to the states if he wishes.
After that day...none of those wanted by the US authorities will be safe.
