It was horrible and very depressing seeing what I worked so hard for start to slowly fade away. I worked legs, machine work mostly, biked, long board, hiked, etc. We were also blessed with an amazing winter last year so I was able to get around 30 solid days of snowboarding in. THAT is what kept me sane

. Basically anything and everything I could that didn't involve weights. Started back with calisthenics, and now back 100%
