I'm very shocked that a Republican candidate has added a nuanced idea to the Islamic terrorist problem, instead of blunt talk about carpet bombing. I'm even more shocked that it's Lindsey Graham, Mr. Overcompensating for Being a Sissy Boy Tough Guy himself.
