I never claimed terror suspects have all the same rights as everyone else. I disputed L-Pink's claim that terror suspects have no rights. Because the Supreme Court clearly recognized that they do have rights when it ruled that U.S. citizens may be designated as enemy combatants, but due process rights still apply to any U.S. citizens in detention.
