Modeling fees vary depending on a number of factors: (i) experience, (ii) what you want her to do (if you want her to fuck a dog you're probably gonna have to pay a significant premium), (iii) name recognition (Jenna jameson will cost more than Jane Doe), and so on. Another important factor is the model release. If she doesn't sign one, you don't have the legal right to use or sell the content. Experienced models sometimes pose for private shoots with fans and don't charge all than much. If the fan/photographer wants her to sign a reslease, however, the price generally goes up significantly.
I pay a bit more for my exclusive shoots but I generally contract with bigger named models. Models have hourly rates but also offer discounts for specific blocks of time. I've never paid more than $1500 in modeling fees for a full day shoot though. I don't contract for hardcore content but I'm sure the prices would be higher for that.
If you shoot boy-girl hardcore, you need to pay the guy too. You also need a signed release from him. Most guys, however, can be talked into shooting hardcore for a six pack and free condom.
