By 1999 I was 17 and by that time password generators were a common thing, especially on captain stabbin. Password brute force generators and/or password request forums... Both of these things were easily accessible since I was at least 13.
And I had "highspeed internet" since being about 14-15, 1mbps cable or something like that.
