I've just looked into the issue and it appears you were refunded your initial request within 72 hours and this last request pertains to a credit we issued you.
I want you to have the best experience and spend this $50k you are looking to spend in confidence, but this appears to be related to a credit that you requested which we had to investigate that did not come quickly enough to your standards and involved someone being sick. So in the future please be patient as refunds and credits take time and processes of multiple people.
