Interesting how few affiliate programs pay commissions in Bitcoin.
Why is that?
I'm from Europe and when I get money from the United States, this is very expensive. Up to $ 35 to me is withdrawn at a bank transfer.
I know there are still Paxum and Payoneer.
Is there more Affiliates who prefer to get in Bitcoin their commission?
