Some you can, some you cannot.
With chaturbate you can. Where they ask for the domain just put the main domain, no subdomain, no www.
In you dns, point the subdomain only to the chaturbate servers.
I have tried the setup on several and as I said, some it worked on, some it did not. I think all of the ones I tested wanted the main domain in their box so the sub had to be done in the dns entry only.
