Yes I did mention it. Demands on material?? Concrete is water, aggregate, and cement. Rebar is steel. There is more then enough of it around. It would not balloon anything cost wise. Everyone within 500 miles will be bidding for a section of the wall.
What does anyone in the media know about construction of a 35 foot wall? The answer is nothing, and it's not a complicated project. It just is long which many people simply can't grasp.
