Monthly card game. Started in college. 46 years ago. Spades & Hearts.
4 players and a bunch on the alternate list, if someone can't make it. Don't even play for money any more. Damn, I used to take my wife out to eat on my winnings.
Next weekend. Visiting 2 wineries. I need a new flagship for a winery web site I have. My current one is closing, as they lost their outdoor music license, to a whining new neighbor with political connections.
Winery 1- uses an old tobacco curing barn for private events
Winery 2- former retirement home for lodge brothers, slave plantation & Civil War battleground. Cemeteries for all 3. Owners claim they know of at least 5 ghosts. They're renovating a wing to be wedding suite, with free ghosts.
