Who do I need to get ahold of for the documentation on my last order, there are a number of videos that don't have the docs linked with the content on my download. I tried
[email protected] which is what you have listed on the website, but I keep getting a bounce back on any emails to him!
I'm also waiting to hear back about the ftp, I'm still not able to login it keeps giving me an authentication error
