We actually remove those invalid hits from your traffic and don't push them to our advertisers so you don't even see those hits in your stats at our side. Your account manager is able to provide you a detailed analysis on your inventory and advice about which steps you should take to increase your CPM and how you can filter out traffic that doesn't worth anything.
