if you have money life can be good anywhere...but how about rich people from rainy and dark Canada, Greenland or Iceland ?
anyway, if you are **average** Haitian your life sucks for sure...even more than life of average Russian or Serb...well, more than Serb's life for sure.
not so sure about Russia, cold weather and mud everywhere
