As I stated in my original post, we obviously can't stream true 4K shot at 100MBps. That being said, there are 4 different quality settings available in the video player:

Best = 10,000 KBps
High = 6,000 KBps
Med = 3,000 KBps
Low = 1,500 KBps

I could obviously crank up the bit rates when rendering but of course as you know that will increase the file size. 10,000KBps seemed to be the magic number when it came to a trade off between quality and file size.
