They're back online now.
I'm REALLY not trying to pick on Probilling..but that was a problem off and on (server being offline) when I was using them as my primary.
They really need 24/7 staffing and someone who's got a bit of intelligence that answers the phone there too before they're really going to be able to make it as a first class processor.
That's IF they can somehow continue to avoid the $750 fee that they came out in force on Friday saying that they can.
Colin, the spokesperson has even been posting on here today about how stable they are and that they are in full compliance with visa regulations.
Take it for what it's worth..but remember at one time, both websitebilling and globill assured everyone that they would be around for a long time too. I just don't see how PB can not charge the "fee" and still stay in the good graces of Visa.
P.S. What's the status on ACPAY btw?
