yet the car that pulled in behind him was unmarked and no other cops show up for like almost 4 mins after he stopped? Their official statement sounds conflicting to me
Sounds more like this guy was speeding and didn't see the cops behind him.. The way he pulled over doesn't suggest he was trying to evade cops when only one cop car is behind him and he causally stopped and got off the bike.
