You don't get it.
Trump gets a WOTC tax credit for every veteran he hires, that's why they hired so many for Trump U.
He then breaks federal law and fires one for needing 2 days off a month for service.
The veteran sues, then get's a settlement payment, because Trump was wrong to fire her under those circumstances.
