That is actually two questions but....
1. By working on the affiliate programs I couldn't put the amount of time I was putting it into my own business which I was 100% owner of
2. It was either take what they were offering or take nothing

No, you misunderstood me. When I said I don't give a fuck, I was saying I don't give a fuck if they sue me because I don't have anything that they can take.
