I live with the world's greatest liar & my best friend is the second best liar. Otherwise they are wonderful people. I just know anything they tell me is possibly a lie.
My best friend told so many lies that when his 2 year-old son was burnt in a freak fire, I hung up on him, calling him a liar. Front page of the newspaper was the story. His son had been in a fire.
Problem with scammers, they can mix truth and fiction so good you never know.
My girlfriend once in a sentence contradicted herself in the same sentence.
But it's fun to watch her scam. At a party, all she needs is a guy's 1st name and within 5 minutes can convince him they used to date. I once had to stop her before I got fired, as my supervisor's wife was giving the look of, "you never told me about her."
