$100?! I'd be down to do something like this but it wouldn't be for $100 and it wouldn't be for an account under my name. Maybe if you had more money and were interested in forming an LLC which I'll be the representative, yeah, I can set it up for you but, for $100, it just shows that you're broke, desperate, and probably don't deserve a US payment gateway in the first place.
