dab of bacon grease in the bottom, sliced Shallotte, 2 bone in pork chops stuffed with sour cherry jam, dusted with black pepper, 5 or 6 sliced new potatoes, splashed with basalmic vingeret, salted.
Figure to set the pot to high for 8 hours.... what do you guys think? probably add a can mushroom soup, maybe not though...
