Looks like anyone wanting to be blessed with their traffic should spend half as much as they normally would to avoid overcharging and having to beg to get money back they didn't agree to spend.
Charging a customer double and immediately refusing to refund the overcharge is a very fucked up way of doing business.
Is there a clause in their service contract that "allows" them to charge customers double?
