Don't waste your money on old-style mechanical hard drives anymore. Your main drive and main storage drive should be 100% pure SSD. You will cry like a little girl when you see how freakin' fast it is. It's more expensive but worth every penny.
You should only buy a mechanical hard drive for cheap secondary storage of files that you rarely have to access, like old archives, etc.
