Jacking off 4 times a day through my early teenage years messed me up. Sex was all I could think about and it was a real problem because the only relief was draining my balls. I developed pre-mature ejaculation whenever I would try to have sex with a girl. Then I fell in love with a Christian girl and she refused to have vaginal intercourse until she was married but we basically did everything else (because as we all know Christians get to cheat and apparently Jesus/God does not find out about blow jobs, ass fucking, tit fucking, etc and as long as you wait to have vaginal intercourse you can still get into Heaven).
Anyway this relationship with this girl cured me and is what allowed me to have normal sex but I did have to go through a few very painful years where I would constantly dump girls before we went all the way because I knew I would probably be embarrassed. Since then I have had no issues. So the old stories of going blind or growing hair on your palms might have been BS but they kept people from masturbating too much.
I jerked off that much and the only material easily accessible to me on a daily basis was Cosmopolitan magazine. The only porn we saw at that time was maybe once in a while someone would invite people over when their parents were out of town and we would watch their VHS tapes of Debbie does Dallas or Nurses of the 4077th that the kids had found stashed in the parents' bedrooms. This was a really rare event. Yes we had Penthouse and Hustler but it seemed those magazines got old just as fast as a Cosmopolitan. I cannot imagine being a teenager and having access to everything that is online in 2016.
Moral of the story: Don't jerk off so much. Also this is just another example of how stupid some religions are in that I could never consider talking to my parents about such issues so everyone keeps quiet about problems that might make their parents embarrassed or angry.
