I've used verotel before and they do not have a chargeback problem. You simply don't know what you are doing.
Maybe you got a bad affiliate on board and relying on the biller to catch the fraud?
Begging for zombaio to start paying again speaks volumes. The only people using zombaio are people who don't want to pay 1k or whatever cc fee the biller wants to charge and hope they get paid, which they won't, because zombaio steals money from merchants... period.
I was being sarcastic with non documented threads and warnings about zombaio... it's all over the place and all you have to do is search for it.
