Where I grew up in Enfield, now's mini Africa. There are also many estates in towns & cities that are mini India & Pakistan.
It happens in other countries though... where I live in Spain, the area is little Britain, all English & lots of Irish. The area by Cabo Roig, what was a beautiful Spanish road with bars you could pull in, park up & enjoy tapas & cheap beer has at least 20 Irish bars just down one main strip.
I blame the housing & rentals, maybe the estate agents, not the citizens
