I don't know if I qualify as a good account manager but I keep skype running on my phone 24/7 and carry one of those portable chargers so no matter where I am or what time it is, I can respond.
Affiliates work all hours, day or night, weekday or weekend. So we need to as well. Account managers aren't bankers! We should be available when
affiliates want to do business - not just when we're in the office.
