At least I can answer that one:
1) He eats too many carrots and the beta-carotene discolored his skin
2) He gets $100 manicures but skimps out on the self tanner and gets the cheap shit
3) The colour of his skin is a reflection of his soul - radioactive and explosive
My personal reccs for Mr Trump: Stop eating so many carrots + switch over to St Tropez self tanner - pricy but I think he can afford it
As for the soul...well nothing I can't do about that one
