I think the answer depends on what kind of content you do have on the sites.
If it's mostly about hot bodies and psuedo nude, I think you can lead them into adult sites. Specifically exgirlfriend niched sites like dagfs.com or realgfsexposed.com ;)
The ex girlfriend sites tend to be a good segue into porn and can convert traffic that is looking for sexy into traffic that pays for porn.
