It might be smarter to have like a lottery for a free signup, some way to limit the # of free members at once, or better yet, give access to the site, and let them stream and view photos, but limited downloads to limit the strain on the server
I can't see giving un-fettered access to multiple TB of data. But now you have 32K email address to blast out every other day till they un-subscribe or signup
