People able to use residntial proxy are not cheating cpa networks, but doing real jobs somewhere in a company. Affiliates even use hidemyass.com and such.
Example a GERMAN (not third world) these days:
-------------
i registered last week for your affiliate program.
the last 2 days i brought some visitors on my link and i can see the
clicks and free signups in the statistics. But there is no entry
listed under 'earned'.
If I understood correctly, a free registration and verification of a
member from US, CA, GB, AU will bring $3.
Or do I get something wrong in the whole system?
Thanks in advance,

The problem is that all the signups was made witha proxy/vpn, i.e. are fake.
Example:
Remhn 66.187.73.76
Jenetfa25 66.187.74.82
Kettykm 66.187.66.194
Kennq12 66.187.74.118
Agente34 66.187.73.185
Birdsas 66.187.66.146
Jamsd 66.187.73.174
camerdf 66.187.73.170
Arrysdgd 66.187.74.38
returng23 66.187.68.241
Cattyhhj 66.187.68.165
Rayfgkj 66.187.73.182
...
As you see all are IP 66.187.* range which is Privax (Hide My Ass) / optimal link
Also, all made from same pc, and using temp mails; I deleted all those accounts.
Please stop making signups.

His reply is a deluxe version of "Sorry, a person joined my link and used Proxy":

Oh sorry for the inconvenience,
if all signups were fake, i can understand if you delete them.
I didn't do the signups myself. Someone offered me to bring traffic to my site and he told me, it would be real traffic and no fake signups
I'm really sorry for this mess. I will contact him and talk with him about the case.
Thanks for the fast reply.
Best wishes

For some reason, it is always someone else to blame...
Manual approval is what some programs do, but I prefer to have them all try make signups then ban later, to me it looks more smooth (and not more work) than manual approvals. I need some signups to see if they're fake after all. And, their replies are sort of funny, I am cynical and I enjoy.
