Parkinsons doesn't present it self in the manner you describe. Even with heave does of parkinsons meds (Requip, Sinemet, Levdopa, Carbidopa) it doesnt happen.
My Father had Parkinsons for years, I was there with him throughout those years and that is not what happens. I have been to the annual Parkinsons seminars in Los Angeles, and have spoken with the researchers and my Fathers own movement disorders specialists at Keck Medical Centers so I am well aware of what can and cannot occur in advanced parkinsons.
You really should not believe the BS from a you tube video.
