If you're talking about Dnsaleprice.com or Namebio.com, they're considered pretty reliable. I have a lot of experience in this area. I'd be happy to give you some guidance if you pm me the domain name.

Pretty much and there probably are people who will pay more than you. Although, I can't really say without know the domain name.
