I think they are acutally sent out from Canada though.
Paxum told me this and its stated on a Paxum blog post i just found.

Maybe they are printed in Belize, then shipped to Paxum in Canada. Then they ship them to the Paxum users.
That would explain the ridiculous 4-6 week timetable for delivery.
