I can't tell you anything about ExoticAds since I never worked or tried them ! But Chaturbate never missed a payment , I got my first payment in may 2012 and since then every period, year after year the last one was today ! Of course they have some issues as affiliate program but there is no perfect affiliate program but they always paied me on time and I contacted their support 2 times over the years last time two weeks ago and I always got a response not fast but I got one , last time they answered me after 20 hours !
