How many jobs did he get for his $9.9 trillion and art what cost per job? This is as much the Republican's fault they could make sure their States don't get any of the money. But then they wouldn't get re-elected.
As for the wars. No, it's not America's responsibility to bring Western Ethics to the Third World. That was part of the reason he over spent. With nothing to show for it.
