as mentioned is loading time one of the things what will not help you in ranks.
but the worst on all is that you do not have any kind of individuality. you copy titles from the original source and aou donīt even use own categorisation or something what makes you site useful.
just search in google for the titles and you will see that you are one of thousand copies (and for sure one of the slowest) from the same content. no reason for google to send users to your site when they can send it to the original.
