I do agree that someone is a real idiot if he brings his potential business partners into legal risks.

Also if someone is not a business partner you should not expose him to prosecution if that means that he/her will suffer from this prosecution without actually being part of the crime. I could criticize the US law but that is not an issue here, it is the fact that people are bringing others into (seriously possible) problems without them being able to 'opt out' and that is one of the crappiest things you could do to someone!

If this story is really true (I'm not sure yet) i would boycott this guy for life! Please disregard my first post in this thread, i didn't know about these laws in the US, otherwise i would NEVER have posted it!
