I'm sure I could probably be a great cook if I put effort into it, I just hate the whole process and food isn't all that fun for me. like the idea of rinsing onions and then putting flour on them etc and the grilling of the meat and the this and the that. I see that a lot of people genuinely enjoy cooking and the food and I think it's cool. for real, I'm impressed and I like watching them enjoy it.
I just don't. I refuse to spend more time preparing food than I do eating it. and my beets are tasty =)
next time make two and remember the tomato
